How It Works
After the wedding breakfast, guests will be invited through to the White Rose Room, where Brooks Bar Hire will take care of everything relating to your fully stocked and licensed bar including Prosecco, Wines, Lager, Cider, Local Ale (on request), Spirits and Soft Drinks
Soft drinks - £2.5 / Beers - £6 / Wines & Prosecco - £6 & £6.5
Spirits + Mixer £6 single & £9 double - (full menu & prices on request).

In a nutshell, everything!
Fully stocked bar with local, cask ale available (by pre-order only).
Friendly & uniformed Brooks staff. A beautiful rustic bar within the White Rose Room. All refrigeration. All glassware. Ice & garnishes. License & Insurance. Brooks Bar Hire will clear away all empites and rubbish so you won't need to lift a finger.
On the night it’s simply a pay-as-you-go-bar (card facilities available) so you only pay for the drinks you order at the event
(minimum spend applies, please see t&c's below).

terms of business
Minimum Spend (2023 onwards)
We kindly ask for a minimum spend at the rate of £25.00 plus vat per person. The minimum rate is based on x80 guests, however, we will of course service of all sizes including below x80 guests, you will just be required to meet the minimum spend of 80+ guests.
If, in the event of spending less than the minimum spend, the client pays the difference
(after your Honeymoon, but no later than 28 days post-event.)
Deposit (2023 onwards)
To book the evening bar service please pay an up-front cost of £195 + VAT.
This cost is absorbed to cover costs associated with setting up the event.
Sole Provider Agreement
When the bar opens the caterer will collect any opened bottles of wine from the wedding breakfast to be corked and stored ready for collection. It is recommended that the bar opens no later than 19:00 to ensure the customer can fulfil their minimum spend agreement.
Local Ale - Barrel Cost Cover
On request, we will source mini-casks from our lovely local Kentish Brewery - for a mini-cask which is 36 pints, we will charge the full-rate based on all pints being sold so would charge a flat rate of £5.5 x 36 pints = £198.00 to your bill.
If the cask isn't finished, clients are welcome to take this home with them to enjoy in their own time.
